The breakfast was good and the location was great. It was just a few minutes' walk away from the metro and surrounded by several good places to eat. The room had a nice view of the street, and the staff was friendly.
My experience at the hotel was not ideal. The room was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a while.

The location and safety of the hotel.
The hard matresses. We were told that all of the rooms had the same matresses. There was no point in changing rooms.

Staying at this hotel exceeded my expectations. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and fantastic restaurants just around the corner. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
For us, the location was ideal and we had no negative experiences during our stay.

We were expecting a hotel room but got a 2br, 2ba apartment with a kitchen and living room in a fabulous area close to the metro. The staff was so nice. The included breakfast was just ok, but otherwise, I would definitely stay there again!
Mediocre breakfast. A clogged toilet did not get fixed despite my asking.

Great Location and Breakfast the hotel provided a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options. the location was prime due to its close proximity to transportation lines and delicious restaurants. the staff was helpful with recommendations for activities in the area.

The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the metro just around the corner. the pleasant neighborhood of Providencia has great restaurants and shops, perfect for exploring. the room was cozy with a comfortable bed and a spotless bathroom that made me feel right at home. the breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed my coffee while taking in the stunning view.
